Hello! My name is Malaki and I am based in Chattanooga, Tennessee!
I am a lover of musical theatre and upcoming singer/songwriter. I grew up in a very musical family and decided to follow my fathers footsteps in pursuing music as a career! I have been a singer my whole life, specifically since my 5th grade talent show, where I won by singing my little heart out to “Rolling in the Deep”, by Adele. However, my love for dance was not fully formed until my high-school exposure to Musical Theatre. Ever since then I have had an equal passion in both singing and dance and have decided to take on a career as a performer!
Besides that, I am very passionate about house renovation (aka: house flipping) and in my free time I can be found at my parents house renovating something of theirs, most recently their kitchen :)
I enjoy family and friend time over everything else, and I love building relationships professionally and cheering on others success! My ideal future is one where love is love is love!

My return to Musical Theater after over 1 year off at Chattanooga State Community College!
Malaki Cummings (he/him) is a passionate performer who is currently working full-time as an HR professional, attending Chattanooga State Community College, and songwriting in my spare time! I am very pleased to be returning to the stage as “Grandmaster Chad/Others” in Chattanooga State Community College’s production of Legally Blonde!
